烃类蒸汽转化制氢装置减少二氧化碳排放研究  被引量:8

STUDY ON CO2 EMISSION REDUCTION FOR HYDROGEN PRODUCTION UNIT WITH STEAM REFORMING PROCESS

摘  要:采用ASPEN PLUS及REFORM-3PC软件,对烃类蒸汽转化制氢装置二氧化碳减排进行了工艺流程及顶烧式转化炉燃烧、传热的模拟计算。计算结果表明,对现有顶烧炉制氢装置,优化的二氧化碳脱除比例不高于60%,但可以通过降低装置操作负荷来提高二氧化碳的脱除比例到100%;脱除二氧化碳后可提高装置氢提纯部分氢气回收率,减少原料和补充燃料消耗;针对转化炉管壁温升高、燃烧温度升高及火焰长度变短这3个脱除二氧化碳后的主要风险因素,提出了初步的解决方案。Both the process simulations by ASPEN PLUS and the combustion and heat transfer simulations of top-fired steam reformer by REFORM-3PC are carried out for the CO 2 emission reduction of hydrogen production unit with steam reforming process.The simulation results show that for the existing hydrogen production unit with top-fired steam reformer,the optimum CO 2 removal rate is no more than 60%,but 100%CO 2 removal rate can be achieved by decreasing the turndown ratio of the unit.After CO 2 removal,the hydrogen recovery rate in hydrogen purification section will be increased,and the consumption of feedstock and makeup fuel will be reduced.The rise of tube wall temperature of reformer,the rise of combustion temperature and the decrease in flame length are the main risk factors after CO 2 removal,and the preliminary solutions are put forward.
