益气复脉(冻干)治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎合并心衰的探讨

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒(2019 novel corona virus,2019-nCoV)肺炎(COVID-19)自2019年12月快速爆发以来,一直是世界公共卫生事业面临的巨大挑战。中医认为本病属“疫病”范畴,气阴两虚为其主要证型。本病在老年人和患有慢性基础疾病的人群中更普遍,其中易发展为重症且预后不良的多为心血管基础疾病患者。心力衰竭(HF)是多种因素造成的心血管疾病的终末阶段,死亡风险高,因此对于COVID-19合并心衰的患者更应该及时的诊治。注射用益气复脉(冻干)(以下简称益气复脉)是心血管领域疗效显著的一类中药复方制剂,起源于经典古方生脉散,有补气、清心、敛肺之功效,根据其药理作用,益气复脉或在新冠肺炎的治疗中发挥重要作用。本文从新型冠状病毒肺炎与心力衰竭之间的联系入手,分析益气复脉治疗COVID-19合并心衰的药效作用,以期为治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎合并心力衰竭患者提供依据和参考。COVID-19 has been a great challenge for the world public health since its rapid outbreak in December 2019.This disease belongs to the category of"epidemic disease"in traditional Chinese medicine,and its main syndrome type is deficiency of Qi and Yin.According to the literature,it is more common in the elderly and patients with chronic basic diseases,among which patients with cardiovascular basic diseases are more likely to develop into severe and poor prognosis.Heart failure(HF)is the terminal stage of cardiovascular disease caused by many factors,with high risk of death,and should be diagnosed and treated as soon as possible.Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection is a kind of Chinese herbalcompound preparation with remarkable curative effect in the cardiovascular field.It originated from the classical prescriptions of Shengmai Powder.According to its pharmacological action,it can play an important role in the treatment of new crown pneumonia.Starting from the relationship between COVID-19 and heart failure,this paper analyzed the pharmacological effects of Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection in the treatment of COVID-19 combined with heart failure,so as to provide a basis and reference for this disease.
