推土机平衡梁用销轴及轴套的设计

摘　　要：针对推土机平衡梁用销轴及轴套的设计,从平衡梁结构、销轴和轴套的强度计算、销轴和轴套的结构、销轴和轴套的材料选择及热处理等方面进行分析论述。销轴和轴套外载荷大小的确定、销轴剪切和挤压强度校核、轴套平均压强P校核、销轴与轴套的配合、材料选择及热处理工艺等,均是推土机平衡梁用销轴及轴套设计的关键过程。建立了传统的平衡梁结构销轴力学模型,从分析和实践中,总结出销轴及轴套的主要失效形式、销轴与轴套的配合间隙、轴套与平衡梁配合、销轴的结构参数、轴套的润滑油道结构及参数、销轴和轴套的常用材料及热处理工艺,可为推土机平衡梁用销轴及轴套的设计提供参考。In view of design of pin shaft and shaft sleeve for balance beap of bulldozer,the analysis and discussion are made from the aspects of balance beao structure,strength calculation of pin shaft and shaft sleeve,structure of pin shaft and shaft sleeve,material selection and heat treatment of pin shaft and shaft sleeve,etc.The determination of external load of pin shaft and shaft sleeve,check of shear and extrusion strength of pin shaft,P check of average pressure of shaft sleeve,matching of pin shaft and shaft sleeve,material selection and heat treatment process are all the key processes for the design of pin shaft and shaft sleeve for balance beam of bulldozer.The traditional mechanical model of pin shaft of balance beam structure is established.Based on the analysis and practice,main failure forms of pin shaft and shaft sleeve,fit clearance between pin shaft and shaft sleeve,matching of shaft sleeve and balance beam,structural parameters of pin shaft,structure and parameters of lubricating oil passage of shaft sleeve,and commonly used materials and heat treatment process of pin shaft and shaft sleeve are summarized,which can provide reference for the design of pin shaft and shaft sleeve for balance beam of bulldozer.
