摘 要:汽车起重机4支腿支撑属于空间超静定结构,现有的精确计算方法计算步骤偏于复杂,计算量大,有限元软件模拟计算虽然结果精确但是建模过程繁琐,均不适用于工程现场应用。由于工程现场往往需要快速准确地确定汽车起重机最大支腿反力和最不利吊臂方位角,因此基于截面惯性矩原理提出"贡献矩"原理法计算汽车起重机支腿反力,通过与有限元软件计算结果及可靠文献方法计算结果进行对比,结果表明,采用"贡献矩"原理法计算汽车起重机支腿反力是可行的,且简单易懂,计算方便快捷。The four-leg support of a truck crane is a spatially statically indeterminate structure.The existing accurate calculation methods are complicated and require a large amount of calculation,and the finite element software simulation calcul at ion has accurate results but cumbersome modeling process,so both are not suitable for engineering field application.Because of the need to quickly and accurately determine the maximum outrigger reaction force and the most unfavorable boom azimuth angle of the truck crane at the engineering field,based on the principle of section inertia moment,the "contribution moment" principle method is proposed to calculate the outrigger reaction force of the truck crane.Compared with the calculation results of finite element software and reliable literature method,the results show that it is feasible to calculate the outrigger reaction force of the truck crane by using the "contribution moment" principle method,it is simple and easy to understand,and the calculation is convenient and fast.
