摘　　要：搅拌机是混凝土搅拌站的核心部件,双卧轴搅拌机具备外形尺寸小、布置紧凑、结构合理、空间利用率高、搅拌效率高等优点。首先对JS6000型大方量双卧轴混凝土搅拌机进行总体方案介绍,然后对其包含的动力传动单元、轴端密封单元等部件进行设计研究,为大方量搅拌机的研发提供参考。设计开发的JS6000型大方量双卧轴混凝土搅拌机样机已通过试验验证,性能良好。Mixer is the core component of concrete mixing station.Double horizontal shaft mixer has the advantages of small size,compact layout,reasonable structure,high space utilization and high mixing efficiency.Firstly,the overall scheme of model JS6000 large volume double horizontal shaft concrete mixer is introduced,and then the power transmission unit,shaft end sealing unit and other parts are designed and studied,which provides reference for the research and development of large volume mixer.The prototype of model JS6000 large volume double horizontal shaft concrete mixer has been verified by experiments and has good performance.
