摘　　要：用SWOT分析法剖析非诉讼机制的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并以问题为导向,提出强化政府指导作用、发挥“1+X”多元解决平台的服务效能、加大宣传力度、提升素养和提高保障结合以及加强纠纷处理全过程的监督为措施的医疗纠纷非诉讼解决机制优化策略。This article analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of non-litigation settlement mechanism by SWOT analysis.It is problem-oriented,and proposes that strengthen guiding function of government,give play to service efficiency of“1+X”multiple resolution platform,increase publicity,improve literature and security and strengthen the supervision of the entire process of dispute handling so as to optimize the strategy for non-litigation settlement mechanism on medical disputes.
