摘 要:氢能作为公认的清洁能源,作为低碳和零碳能源正在脱颖而出。而氢能的储运技术,其产品结构及工艺复杂,既要考虑储氢的安全性,又通过结构的优化提高容器的储氢容量,降低储氢的成本,满足应用。通过基础理论研究,结合制造工艺优化、ANSYS模拟应力分析等手段,展开项目研究,开发了多项创新技术,对整体结构及工艺进行综合优化,开发出钢质无缝气瓶氢气管束式集装箱,解决了同类气瓶内壁处理不干净,含水量检测超标,装备运输效率低等国内行业普遍存在的问题。Hydrogen energy as a recognized clean energy,as a low carbon and zero carbon energy is emerging.The storage and transportation technology of hydrogen energy has complex product structure and process.It is necessary to consider not only the safety of hydrogen storage,but also to improve the hydrogen storage capacity of the vessel through the optimization of the structure,reduce the cost of hydrogen storage and meet the application requirements.Through the basic theoretical research,combined with manufacturing process optimization,ANSYS simulation stress analysis and other means,the project research is carried out,a number of innovative technologies are developed,the overall structure and process are comprehensively optimized,and the seamless steel cylinder hydrogen gas tube bundle container is developed,which solves the problems of unclean inner wall treatment,excessive water content detection,low equipment transportation efficiency and other common problems in domestic industries.
