白河县三院社区产业引领乡村振兴发展模式研究

摘　　要：乡村振兴的逻辑起点和物质基础是产业兴旺。易地扶贫搬迁的最终目标是搬得出、稳得住、能致富。白河县三院社区是通过易地搬迁建立起来的新型示范社区,在移民搬迁社区建设实践中以“建实体兴业、创宜居社区”为发展定位,成立农村合作社,在山上大力发展生态林,在山下建立实体企业促进社区就业。历经8年建设与探索,三院社区实现了80%的耕地流转建成产业园,80%的群众搬进新型社区,80%的劳动力在园区和社区工厂稳定就业。总结梳理三院社区的发展经验,有助于推进产业引领型新型乡村社区建设。The logical starting point and material basis for rural revitalization is industrial prosperity.The ultimate goal of relocation for poverty alleviation and relocation is to move out,be stable,and get rich.Baihe County Sanyuan Community is a new type of demonstration community established by relocation.During the construction of immigrants’relocation community,it takes“building entities and businesses and creating livable communities”as the development position,establishes rural cooperatives,and vigorously develops ecological forests in the mountains.Yamashita established entity enterprises to promote community employment.After 8 years of construction and exploration and practice,80%of the cultivated land has been transferred to build industrial parks,80%of the people have moved into new communities,and 80%of the labor force has been employed in the parks and community factories.Summarizing and sorting out the development experience of the third hospital community in Baihe County will help promote the construction of a new type of industry-led rural community.
