摘 要:对1,4-丁二醇提取丝瓜络中木质素的效果进行了研究,对比分析了蒸煮温度、液比、保温时间和体积分数等相关参数对木质素提取率的影响,确定了木质素最佳提取工艺条件。通过离子色谱、红外光谱等检测手段对木质素结构进行了分析表征。木质素提取的最佳条件:蒸煮温度220℃;液比1∶8;保温时间2.5 h;1,4-丁二醇体积分数60%。最佳提取条件下木质素提取率高达91.63%。红外光谱分析结果表明,这种方法提取并未对木质素的官能团产生明显的影响,仍保持较高的化学活性;热重分析表明所得产物的热稳定性较高,主要降解温度在200~320℃。高沸醇溶剂法提取丝瓜络中的木质素便捷、安全、环保,很好地满足木质素提取的相关要求。The solvent of 1,4-butanediol with high boiling point was used to extract lignin from loofah.The effects of cooking temperature,liquid ratio,holding time and volume fraction on the extraction efficiency of lignin were evaluated and the conditions were optimized.The structures of lignin were characterized by ion chromatography and FT-IR techniques.The optimized conditions were at 220℃cooking temperature for 2.5 h with a liquid ratio of 1∶8 and 60%volume content of 1,4-butanediol.Under the optimized conditions,the extraction efficiency of lignin was up to 91.63%.The results of FT-IR confirmed that the functional groups and chemical activity of lignin were not be destroyed during the extracting process.The results of thermogravimetric analysis showed that the thermal stability of extracted lignin was excellent,and most of the products were degraded in the temperature range of 200-320℃.This extraction method were convenient,safety,environmental,which was met well with the requirements for lignin extracting.
