摘 要:采用溶剂热法制备CsxWO3纳米粒子,并选用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)作为改性剂对其进行表面接枝改性。通过本体聚合法制备了块状CsxWO3/PMMA复合材料,同时研究了CsxWO3/PMMA复合材料的近红外遮蔽及其透明隔热性能。结果表明:所合成的纳米CsxWO3粉体主晶相为Cs0.2WO3,粒径尺寸约为40 nm;经KH-570改性后的Cs0.2WO3粉体在PMMA中分散性较好,且未改变其晶型;透过率光谱显示,PMMA中CsxWO3粒子掺杂量为0.04 g时得到的样品可见光区透过率为38%时,近红外遮蔽率为98%,其透明隔热性能最佳。The surface of CsxWO3 nanoparticles were synthesized by solvothermal reaction was modified withγ-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane(KH-570)as cross-linking agent.The CsxWO3/PMMA composites were prepared by bulk polymerization method and the near-infrared shielding and transparent thermal insulation properties of CsxWO3/PMMA composites were investigated.The results indicated that the main crystalline phase of the as-synthesized nano-CsxWO3 powders is Cs0.2WO3.The particle size is about 40 nm.The Cs0.2WO3 powders were modified by KH-570 exhibit a good dispersion in the PMMA matrix and their crystal phase remain unchanged.The transmittance spectra indicated that the transmittance of the CsxWO3/PMMA composite with the 0.04 g of the CsxWO3 particles doping amount,is 38%in the visible region and the near-infrared shielding ratio is 98%.The resulting sample demonstrates the optimized transparent and thermal insulating performance.
