摘　　要：高校毕业生就业问题关乎国计民生和社会稳定,新冠肺炎疫情的暴发给毕业生就业带来了新的挑战。文章分析了新冠肺炎疫情下农科毕业生存在的就业焦虑、就业依赖和就业从众心理问题,提出了引导大学生正确认识就业形势、不断提高自身综合素质、自我情绪疏导、创建网络平台和强化就业帮扶等解决策略和建议。Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,the downward pressure on the domestic and international econo⁃my has greatly affected the employment of college graduates.This paper analyzes the employment anxiety,employ⁃ment dependence and employment conformity psychology of college students under the covid-19 epidemic,and puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to guide college students to correctly understand the employ⁃ment situation,continuously improve their comprehensive quality,self-emotional counseling,create a network platform and strengthen employment support.
