摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定了钴白合金中主元素钴、铜、铁、镍和锰的含量。结果表明:采用混酸(王水+氢氟酸+高氯酸)溶解钴白合金样品效果良好;钴、铜、铁、镍和锰元素的线性良好,相关系数R 2在0.99958~0.99991之间,加标回收率在97.80%~102.31%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均不大于2.81%。建立了可实现多元素的快速测定钴白合金中钴、铜、铁、镍和锰含量的分析方法。与X-荧光光谱法对照结果表明,测试结果令人满意。Co,Cu,Fe,Ni and Mn contents of white cobalt alloy were determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES).The results showed that the mixed acid(aqua regia+hydrofluoric acid+perchloric acid)was effective in dissolving cobalt white alloy;the linearity of Co,Cu,Fe,Ni and Mn elements were favorable,correlation coefficient(R 2)was between 0.99958 and 0.99991;recovery rate was between 97.80%and 102.31%;relative standard deviation(RSD)was not more than 2.81%.The method of fast determination of multi elements of white cobalt alloy was established.The results were satisfactory compared with the results of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
