摘　　要：综述了煤气风机罗茨、离心选型原因,煤气风机选型流程与工艺条件确认。单级多级煤气风机的优缺点分析及选择的依据,当采用中速多级离心风机需要考虑材质的主要内容及高温时有高的蠕变强度和持久强度等条件浅析。选型过程中主轴材质及叶轮材质的对比和选择的条件,介绍煤气风机叶轮产生腐蚀原因、主要机理和原因分析。探讨了具体防止积灰及延长叶轮寿命的措施。The reasons for the selection of roots and centrifugation of gas fans,the selection process of gas fans and the confirmation of process conditions were summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of single-stage and multi-stage gas fans and the basis for selection were analyzed.When using medium speed and multi-stage centrifugal fans,the main content of materials and the conditions of high creep strength and permanent strength at high temperature should be considered.In the selection process,the main shaft material and impeller material comparison and selection conditions were introduced.The causes,main mechanism and cause analysis of gas fan impeller corrosion were introduced.The measures to prevent dust accumulation and prolong impeller life were discussed.
