摘　　要：轴承的运行状态对乙烯裂解炉引风机的正常工作及裂解装置正常生产具有重要影响。根据引风机故障表现,对裂解炉引风机轴承箱进行拆检,结合轴承损坏情况分析故障产生原因,并在轴承检修、安装、保养方面提出一系列解决方案,保证引风机在检修期内持续安全稳定运行,为企业提高经济效益,同时也为同类设备故障分析与处理提供参考。The running state of the bearing has an important influence on the normal operation of the draft fan of the ethylene cracking furnace and the normal production of the cracking device.According to the fault performance of the draft fan,the bearing box of the draft fan of the cracking furnace was disassembled and inspected,and the cause of the fault in conjunction with the damage of the bearing was analyzed,a series of solutions in bearing installation and maintenance were put forward,to ensure the continuous safe and stable operation of the induced draft fan during the maintenance period,to improve economic efficiency for enterprises,and to provide a reference for failure analysis and treatment of similar equipment.
