摘　　要：科学理解和贯彻以人民为中心的发展思想必须坚持辩证法:一方面,在思想来源上,既要看到中国传统的"民本"思想和近代西方的"人民"概念的积极内涵,也要分析它们的局限性,以人民为中心的发展思想是中国化马克思主义的综合创新;另一方面,在思想内容上,既要看到"五大建设"的顶层设计的宏观指导性,也要探讨实践中具体落实的可操作性,让以人民为中心的发展取得成效。此外,在实际工作中,既要看到人民群众的历史创造性,也要分析群众可能具有的局限性,正确地处理领导和群众的关系,把以人民为中心的发展思想落到实处。只有这样,对以人民为中心的发展思想的学习才能结出现实之果。We must adhere to dialectics to understand and carry out the people-centered development thought scientifically. On the one hand, the people centered development thought critically inherited the traditional Chinese"people"thought, absorbed the concept of"people"which surpassed the modern western"people"and fully embodied the materialist conception of Marx’s materialism, and it was the comprehensive innovation of the Chinese Marx doctrine;on the other hand, the people centered development thought was a new connection. In addition, in practice, in practice, the correct handling of the relationship between the leaders and the masses can truly promote the development of the thought of the people centered development.
