摘 要:平面型印制板(PCB)变压器因其体积小、高功率密度和散热性好等优点,在开关电源中得到广泛的应用。采用ANSYS公司的PExprt软件设计一款基于反激拓扑的PCB变压器,介绍了软件设计变压器的具体步骤,采用Jiles-Atherton磁滞模型精确计算磁芯损耗,选取损耗最小的设计方案,进行绕组和磁芯设计,制作实物。最后,通过测试变压器的电感来验证PExprt软件设计的精确性。Planar printed circuit board( PCB) transformers are widely used in switching power supplies due to their small size,high power density and good heat dissipation. The traditional design method cannot consider the high frequency effect of the transformer,and is not suitable for the design of the planar transformer. Here,the PExprt software of ANSYS is used to design a PCB transformer based on the flyback topology. The specific steps of the software design transformer are introduced in detail,and the core loss is accurately calculated by the Jiles-Atherton hysteresis model. The design scheme with the smallest loss is selected,and the winding and core design are designed according to the scheme to make the real object. Finally,the accuracy of the PExprt software design is verified by testing the inductance of the transformer.
