摘  要:针对连续血液净化系统的流量平衡问题,研制了精密柱塞式医用计量泵,通过严格控制实时输出流量和总流量,实现系统的流量平衡。设计了基于氧化锆陶瓷的径向柱塞泵,并进行物理模型建立和结构参数分析。对径向柱塞泵系统进行了流量特性分析和液压系统仿真分析,得出柱塞泵的最优设计参数和系统的最佳运行状态。根据仿真结果设计制作了陶瓷径向柱塞泵试验样机,对样机的流量特性进行了试验测试。结果显示,柱塞泵最佳运行状态在电动机转速120 r/min左右,且能满足最大流量10 L/h的总体要求。同时,出口流量具有较高稳定性和重复精度,流量指标满足相关医疗器械的设计和使用标准,能够在连续血液净化系统中实现系统流量平衡。In order to meet the requirements of flow balance in CRRT( continuous renal replacement therapy),a high precision piston metering pump is proposed,it can achieve the balance of system flow through strict control of real-time output flow and total flow. First of all,a radial piston pump based on zirconia ceramic is designed,and the physical model and structural parameters of the pump system are established. And then,the flow characteristic analysis of the radial piston pump system and the simulation analysis of the hydraulic system are carried out,and the optimal design parameters and the optimal operating state of the system are obtained. Finally,based on the simulation results,a ceramic radial piston pump test prototype is designed,and the flow and noise of the prototype are tested. The results show that the best running state of the piston pump is about 120 r/min,and it can meet the requirements of the maximum flow 10 m L/h. At the same time,the export flow has high stability and repeatability,the noise index also meets the relevant medical device design and the use of standard.
