摘  要:危险化学品管理是高校实验室安全管理工作的一项重要内容之一,是保障实验教学、科学研究顺利开展的基础。对于地方综合性大学,危险化学品的科学管理有其特殊性。学校按照"严把源头,规范过程,加快处置,实时监控,事前预警,监管到人"的原则,开发危险化学品全过程管理系统,实现从化学品购置到危废物处置的全生命周期监管和全痕迹管理;同时利用大数据云计算,充分挖掘基础数据,预测潜在风险,为管理部门决策提供依据。该管理模式已在我校取得了很好的效果,可为其他高校危险化学品管理提供参考。The management of dangerous chemicals is the basis of ensuring the smooth development of experimental teaching and scientific research,as well as one of the important contents of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities. For local comprehensive universities, the scientific management of dangerous chemicals has its particularity. In accordance with the principles,including "strictly sourcing,standardizing the process,accelerating disposal,real-time monitoring,prior warning,and supervision to people",we develop a full process management system for dangerous chemicals to achieve full life cycle monitoring and full trace management from chemical purchase to dangerous waste disposal. At the same time,we make full use of big data cloud computing to mine basic data,so that the system can predict potential risks and provide a basis for management decision-making. This management model has achieved good results in Shanxi University,and can provide reference for the management of dangerous chemicals in other universities.
