摘  要:介绍一起因巴基斯坦电网原因,引起全厂停电导致的汽轮机进水事故及处置措施。该电厂一台660 MW机组故障停机后,在热备用连续盘车期间,因汽缸进水引起轴封收缩,进而导致主轴抱死,同时盘车跳闸,经及时闷缸和一系列科学处理措施,使汽轮机转子得以恢复连续手动盘车,最终投用油动盘车,有效避免了一起汽轮机主要设备损坏事故。本次事故处置措施方案,对汽轮机在热备用状态下汽缸进水事故处理,有较强的借鉴意义。This article introduces a plant-wide power outage accident caused by Pakistan power grid and its disposal measures.After a 660000-kilowatt unit of the power plant was shut down due to failure,the shaft seal contracted due to water inlet of the steam turbine during hot standby continuous cranking,which caused the main shaft to lock and the cranking tripped.After a timely slack cylinder and a series of scientific treatment measures,the steam turbine rotor was able to resume continuous manual barring,and finally the oil-driven barring was put into use,which effectively avoided a major turbine damage to the equipment.This accident handling measure plan has a strong reference significance for the accident treatment of the water intake of the cylinder in the hot standby state of the steam turbine.
