中药肠道灌洗联合血液净化治疗急性农药中毒的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨中药肠道灌洗联合血液净化治疗急性农药中毒的临床疗效。方法选取2014年4月~2019年10月本院收治的50例急性农药中毒患者为研究对象,并根据不同的治疗方案将患者分为对照组与观察组,各25例,对照组采用常规治疗联合血液净化治疗,而观察组在对照组的基础上采用中药肠道灌洗治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及血压、血气指标情况。结果治疗后,观察组的临床总有效率为96.00%,对照组为76.00%,两组比较,观察组明显高于对照组;同时观察组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)与酸碱度(pH)高于对照组,动脉血氧分压(PaO2)与动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性农药中毒患者实施中药肠道灌洗联合血液净化治疗,能有效改善患者的血压、血气指标,具有显著的临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine intestinal lavage combined with blood purification in the treatment of acute pesticide poisoning.Methods Fifty patients with acute pesticide poisoning admitted in our hospital from April 2014 to October 2019 were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment schemes,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment combined with blood purification treatment,while the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine intestinal lavage based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure and blood gas indexes of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that(76.00%)of the control group.The systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and acidity(pH)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The arterial blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)and arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2)in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Chinese medicine intestinal lavage combined with blood purification treatment in patients with acute pesticide poisoning can effectively improve the patients'blood pressure and blood gas indexes,and has a significant clinical effect.
