子午流注择时五音疗疾对30例老年原发性高血压低危组患者痰湿体质干预研究

摘　　要：目的探讨子午流注择时五音疗疾治疗老年痰湿质高血压的临床疗效,为子午流注择时五音疗疾治疗痰湿质老年原发性高血压提供循证医学依据。方法将我院2016年1月~2017年8月期间就诊的60例老年原发性高血压低危组痰湿质患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组患者给予子午流注联合五音疗疾法+内科常规治疗护理,对照组患者给予内科常规治疗护理,记录两组治疗前后老年痰湿质特征评分、血压、焦虑自评评量表(SAS)评分的变化。结果治疗组老年痰湿质特征评分低于对照组(特征总分P<0.05);血压值19:30舒张压治疗组干预后1个月,干预后2个组比对照组下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗组SAS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子午流注择时五音疗疾不仅能改善老年痰湿质特征,还具有降压的作用,且随时间的推移疗效愈佳,可作为中医推广外治方法。Objective To explore the effects of midnight-noon ebb-flow of five-element music therapy on phlegm dampness constitution in low risk essential hypertension patients,so as to provide evidence-based medical basis for it.Methods 60 patients with phlegm dampness constitution in low risk essential hypertension treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given midnight-noon ebb-flow of five-element music therapy and routine medical treatment and nursing.The patients in the control group were given routine medical treatment and nursing.The characteristics score of phlegm dampness,blood pressure and the changes of self-anxiety scale(SAS)before and after treatment were recorded and compared.Results The scores of phlegm dampness in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the values of blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure at one and two months after intervention in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.001),and the scores of SAS in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The midnight-noon ebb-flow of five-element music therapy can not only improve the symptoms of phlegm dampness constitution in the elderly,but also reduce blood pressure.The curative effect will become better as time evolves,and it can be used as an external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine.
