高校女大学生就业法律保障缺失问题探讨

摘　　要：女大学生是我国高校学生的重要组成部分,女大学生的就业不仅关系到学生个人发展,更关系到社会稳定、祖国繁荣。政府工作精准度不够、高校女大学生就业法律教育缺失、社会传统观念限制以及女大学生自身原因,使现今社会女大学生就业法律保障缺失。因此,政府要加大宏观调控,明确部门责任;高校要完善就业服务,增强就业指导;个人要学习法律知识,善用法律武器。Female college students are an important part of college students in our country.The em⁃ployment of female college students is not only related to students’personal development,but also related to social stability and prosperity of the motherland.The problems such as inaccurate governmental work,lacking of legal education to employment,limitations of the traditional concepts in society,and personal reasons of themselves,make the female students lose legal protection in their employment.Therefore,the government should increase macro-control and clarify the responsibilities of departments;colleges and uni⁃versities should improve the employment service and strengthen employment guidance;individuals should learn legal knowledge and make good use of legal weapons.
