摘　　要：针对地方高校学报现状及其组稿工作中存在的实际问题,指出组稿工作对学报学术质量的重要影响,分别从立足于办刊定位、注重人脉关系、做好选题策划、利用学术会议等方面提出学报组稿的策略,以进一步提升地方高校学报的学术质量,扩大学术影响,提升竞争力。In view of the current situation of local university journals and the practical problems exist⁃ing in the work of soliciting contributions,this paper points out the important influence of the work of so⁃liciting contributions on the academic quality of the journals.This paper also puts forward the strategies for soliciting contributions from the aspects of being based on the oaientation or running journals,paying attention to the relationship among people,making good use of topic selection,making use of academic conferences,and so on.Based on this,it will further improve the academic quality of local university jour⁃nals,expand academic influence,and enhance competition power.
