摘 要:金凤大厦是一幢高层商业办公楼,针对这一具有独特设计的带斜柱超限高层建筑进行分析,采用SATWE和ETABS进行弹性对比分析、与斜柱相连的构件内力分析、在SATWE软件中进行罕遇地震下静力推覆分析和进行动力弹塑性分析(大震)是在Perform-3D中完成、对斜柱周围楼板进行应力分析.使其满足“三水准两阶段”设计,并发现在斜柱产生较大轴力,会对周围的楼面板和梁造成影响,采取更加牢靠的加强措施,减小它的破坏.通过处理可较好地实现建筑与结构的统一,所采用的结构设计和分析方法可供以后类似复杂超限高层建筑结构设计提供参考.Jinfeng Building is a high-rise commercial office building.In view of the unique design of the over limit high-rise building with inclined columns,the SATWE and ETABS were adopted to do the elastic comparative analysis and the internal force analysis of components connected with inclined columns;the SATWE was employed to conduct the static pushover analysis under rare earthquakes;the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis(large earthquake)in the SATWE software was completed in PERFORM-3D,and the stress around the inclined columns was simultaneously analyzed.It is found that the building can meet the“three-level two-stage”design criterion,and the large axial force generated in the inclined column will affect the surrounding floor slab and beam,but more reliable strengthening measures can be taken to reduce its damage.Through the treatment,the unity of the building and the structure can be achieved,and the structural design and analysis methods adopted can provide reference for the similar complex high-rise building structure design in the future.
