摘　　要：目的:观察针刀治疗联合红外偏振光治疗指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选择符合纳入标准的60例指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例采用针刀联合红外偏振光治疗,对照组30例采用封闭联合红外偏振光治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者局部疼痛情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组的VAS评分和掌指关节ROM测量均较治疗前改善,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为86.67%(26/30),低于治疗组总有效率96.67%(29/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀联合红外偏振光治疗指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效优于封闭联合红外偏振光疗法,并且能明显改善指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者的疼痛症状。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with infrared polarized light in the treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum tendon.Methods:60 patients with stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum tendon were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with acuptomy combined with infrared polarized light,whereas the control group was treated with close method combined with infrared polarized light.The local pain and clinical efficacy were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:VAS scores and ROM measurements of metacarpophalangeal joints were improved after the treatment in the two groups with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%(26/30),which was significantly lower than 96.67%(29/30)of the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of acuptomy combined with infrared polarized light is better than that of closed method combined with infrared polarized light in the treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum,and it can obviously improve the pain symptoms of patients with stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor digitorum.
