多花黄精的化学成分及药理研究进展

摘　　要：多花黄精(Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua)为百合科黄精属(Polygonatum Mill.)植物的干燥块茎,具有补肾益精、滋阴润燥的功效,是2015年版《中国药典》中收载的3种黄精来源之一,广泛分布于我国南方地区。为了更好地了解和应用多花黄精,现对多花黄精的化学成分及药理活性研究进展进行综述。发现多花黄精含有多糖、皂苷、黄酮、生物碱类成分,药理作用为抗疲劳、抗衰老、提高免疫力、抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗菌、抗炎和抗病毒等。Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua belonging to the family of Polygonatum Mill.,together with P.sibiricun and P.kingianun,is collected in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015).It is widely distributed in the south of China and has been used for thousands of years in Chinese medicine,which has the functions of tonifying Kidney-essence and nourishing Yin to moisten dryness.In order to better understand and apply P.cyrtonema,this study mainly summarized the research advances on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of P.cyrtonema.It is found that Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua contains polysaccharides,saponins,flavonoids and alkaloids.Its pharmacological effects are anti fatigue,anti-aging,improving immunity,anti-tumor,reducing blood sugar,anti-bacteria,anti-inflammation and anti-virus.
