摘　　要：在阐述夹管阀结构、原理及特点的基础上,针对夹管阀在普速旅客列车保持式真空集便器系统、动车组列车保持式和中转式真空集便系统中的应用,分析其功能原理、性能要求及使用工况等,结合真空集便器实际应用中夹管阀的故障情况,分析提出密封性、耐疲劳特性、耐腐蚀性和内衬胶管强度等是影响其功能、性能及便用寿命的主要因素。On the basis of expounding the structure,principle and characteristics of the pinch valve,concerning the application of the clamp valve in the holding-type vacuum toilet system of common speed passenger train,holding-type and transit-type vacuum toilet system of EMU,this paper analyzes the function principle,performance requirements and service conditions.Combined with the fault of pinch valve in the practical application of vacuum toilet,it is pointed out that the sealing property,fatigue resistance,corrosion resistance and the strength of rubber tube are the main influencing factors.
