摘　　要：分析武汉铁路职工新冠肺炎发病情况及流行特征,为制定防控措施提供依据。对数据信息进行整理分析,计数资料采用χ^2检验。结果表明,铁路职工发病临床以轻/中症为主(79.37%),大多数集中在40~60岁组(70.90%),发病随年龄增加呈上升趋势,各年龄组发病差异有统计学意义(χ^2=45.64,P<0.01);列车、客运、货运人员居发病前三位。提示铁路列车、客运、货运人员是疫情感染风险较高的重点人群;家庭聚集性传染特点突出,新冠肺炎患者的密切接触者应当采取集中隔离观察;早发现、早报告、早诊断、早隔离、早治疗是有效阻断疫情扩散蔓延的主要对策;加强健康教育、增强防护意识,是防止感染发病的重要措施。To analyze the incidence and epidemic characteristics of Wuhan railway workers'COVID-19,and to provide basis for formulating prevention and control measures.The data were analyzed and the counting data were tested byχ^2 test.The clinical incidence of railway workers is mainly mild/moderate(79.37%),most of which were concentrated in the 40-60 age group(70.90%),and the incidence showed an upward trend with the increase of age,with statistically significant differences among the age groups(χ^2=45.64,p<0.01).Train,passenger and freight personnel were the top three.It is suggested that railway train,passenger transport and freight transport personnel are the key groups with higher risk of epidemic infection.The characteristics of family aggregation infection are prominent,and close contacts of patients with newly diagnosed pneumonia should adopt centralized isolation observation.Early detection,early reporting,early diagnosis,early isolation and early treatment are the main countermeasures to effectively block the spread of the epidemic.Strengthening health education and awareness of protection are important measures to prevent infection.
