摘　　要：为了科学评价、选择与优化组织结构,分析了常见组织结构对舰船质量监督的影响。首先,综合运用熵和二元语义的基本原理与算法,提出了基于任务的舰船质量监督的时效、质量与柔性度及其权重的计算步骤与方法;然后,构建了舰船质量监督组织结构熵评价模型;最后,进行了算例分析,结果验证了该模型的实用性。In order to scientifically evaluate,select and optimize organization structure and analyses the influence of basic organization structure to warship quality supervision.Firstly,by introducing the theory of entropy and two-tuple linguistic,the calculation steps and methods based on mission are given for time-effect,quality,flexibility and their weight coefficient degree.Furthermore,an entropy evaluation model for organization structure of warship quality supervision is set up.The examples given in the end and the analysis results verify the practicability of the model.
