摘  要:针对反应堆仪控系统定值器传统手动测试方法耗时长、操作复杂等问题,基于PCI总线硬件平台和LabVIEW软件平台,采用定位扫描测试方法,设计了定值器自动测试系统。实验证明:该系统将测试时间缩短为传统手动测试时间的1/6,不但提高了调整速度和精度,而且简化了操作流程、降低了操作人员的工作强度,对仪控系统其他仪表的自动测试系统设计有一定借鉴意义。Aiming at the problems of time-consuming and complicated operation of the traditional manual test method of the reactor instrument control system of point setter,the automatic test system for the point setter is designed by using the location scan test method based on the PCI bus hardware platform and the LabVIEW software platform.The experiment proves that the test time of this system is shortened to 1/6 of the traditional manual test time.The system not only improves the adjustment speed and accuracy,but also simplifies the operation process and reduces the work intensity of the operator.It has certain reference significance for the design of the automatic test system of other instruments of the instrumentation and control system.
