急性脑梗死患者炎性标记物水平及与其预后的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析急性脑梗死患者炎性标记物水平及与其预后的相关性。方法选取2018年2月至2019年4月诊治的急性脑梗死患者198例为对象,根据患者治疗后第90d的mRS评分将患者分为预后良好组和预后不良组,收集两组患者一般资料并回归分析急性脑梗死患者炎性标记物水平和预后的相关性。结果119例患者预后良好,79例患者预后不良。两组患者在性别、高血压、高脂血症等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);预后不良组患者的年龄、NIHSS评分、hs-CRP指标和BI评分更高(P<0.05);hs-CRP越高、年龄越大及BI评分越高均为影响急性脑梗死患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论预后不良患者的炎性指标hs-CRP水平高,是影响急性脑梗死患者预后不良的独立危险因素,对评估预后情况有着重要价值。Objective To analyze the level of inflammatory markers in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its correlation with prognosis.Methods 198 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated from February 2018 to April 2019 were selected.According to the mRS score on the 90 th day after treatment,the patients were divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group.The general data of the two groups were collected and to analyze the correlation between inflammatory marker level and prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Results 119 patients had a good prognosis and 79 patients had a poor prognosis.There were no significant differences in gender,hypertension,and hyperlipidemia between the two groups(P>0.05).Patients in poor prognosis group had higher age,NIHSS score,hs-CRP score and BI score(P<0.05).The higher hs-CRP,the older age and the higher BI score,were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion The high hs-CRP level of patients with poor prognosis is an independent risk factor affecting poor prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and have great value in assessing prognosis.
