甲强龙用药剂量对重症小儿支原体肺炎患儿疗效及安全性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究不同甲强龙用药剂量对重症支原体肺炎患儿的疗效及安全性影响。方法选取我院2017年2月至2019年3月收治的重症小儿支原体肺炎180例患儿,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各90例。对照组患儿给予常规剂量注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠(甲强龙),研究组患儿给予大剂量甲强龙治疗,两组患者均干预治疗5d。观察比较两组重症支原体肺炎的治疗有效率、临床症状的改善时间以及安全性。结果研究组患儿的治疗总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异明显(P<0.05):研究组咳嗽减轻、体温消退、肺部啰音消失以及胸片恢复的时间较对照组显著短(P<0.05);研究组患儿不良反应事件发生率为9.99%,对照组为16.67%,两组用药安全性比较差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论大剂量甲强龙治疗重症小儿支原体肺炎效果好,临床症状恢复时间短。Objective To study the effects of different doses of methylprednisolone on efficacy and safety of children patients with severe mycoplasmal pneumonia.Methods A total of 180 children patients with severe pediatric mycoplasmal pneumonia admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into study group and control group,with 90 cases in each group.Control group was given routine dose of methylprednisolone sodium succinate(methylprednisolone),and study group was given high dose of methylprednisolone,and the two groups were intervened and treated for 5 d.The effective rate of treatment for severe mycoplasmal pneumonia,improvement times of clinical symptoms and safety were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The cough relief time,body temperature recession time,lung rale disappearance time and chest X-ray recovery time in study group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 9.99%in study group and 16.67%in control group,and there was no significant difference in the medicine safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion High dose of methylprednisolone has good effects in the treatment of severe pediatric mycoplasmal pneumonia,and it has short recovery time of clinical symptoms.
