摘　　要：目的设计脊柱垫增高胸椎上段,使双肩向后移,减少颈胸交界区组织结构的干扰影,提高MSCT图像质量。方法设计一种机电马达式脊柱垫,升降脊柱垫的高度和坡度;另一种是简易式斜柱体膜设计,将简易式斜柱体膜运用于实践。自然体位为对照组,用脊柱垫为实验组,采用CT螺旋扫描和重建后处理后,观察双肩的干扰伪影程度。对两组患者CT扫描图像质量进行界定评价并统计分析对照研究。结果两组患者图像质量具有显著性的统计学意义(χ2=1028.735,P=0.000)。结论用脊柱垫垫高胸椎上段使双肩后移的扫描方法,可以明显减少颈胸交界区的干扰影,显著提高图像质量。Objective The design of the spine pad increases the upper part of the thoracic spine,so that the shoulders move backwards.In order to reduce the interference shadow of the tissue structure at the neck and chest Junction,the quality of the MSCT image is improved.Methods Design a kind of electromechanical motor type CRISTA cushion,the height and slope of the lifting Crista cushion.The other is a simple oblique column body membrane design.The simple oblique column membrane was applied to practice.The natural body position was the control group,and the spinal pad was used as the experimental group.After CT spiral scanning and reconstruction,the interference degree of the shoulders was observed.The quality of CT scan images in two groups of patients was defined,evaluated and statistically analyzed.Results The image quality of the two groups had significant statistical significance(χ2=1028.735,P=0.000).There was a significant difference between the two groups,with a high statistical significance.Conclusion The scanning method of the upper part of the thoracic spine with a spinal cushion to move the shoulders back can significantly reduce the interference image of the neck and chest junction area and significantly improve the image quality.
