摘 要:对白云鄂博萤石粗精矿进行了优先浮选萤石、尾矿再浮选稀土的试验研究。在最佳浮选药剂制度下,采用一粗三精两扫闭路流程回收萤石,得到了CaF2品位95.11%、回收率84.09%的萤石精矿;尾矿采用一粗一精浮选稀土,得到了REO品位63.06%、回收率67.92%的稀土精矿。研究成果为开发利用白云鄂博萤石粗精矿提供了一种新的思路。Experimental study on the treatment of Bayan Obo fluorite bulk concentrate was conducted by adopting a preferential flotation process to recover fluorite,followed by a flotation of the tailings to recover rare earth.With an optimal flotation reagent system,the fluorite was collected using a closed-circuit flowsheet consisting of one roughing,two scavenging and three cleaning stages.A fluorite concentrate graded 95.11%CaF2 was obtained at a recovery of 84.09%.Then,the tailings was subjected to a flotation process with one roughing and one cleaning,resulting in a rare earth concentrate with REO grade of 63.06%and recovery of 67.92%.The experimental result can provide a new solution for the utilization of Bayan Obo fluorite bulk concentrate.
