摘 要:针对-0.005 mm粒级含量高达46.50%的锡矿泥进行了选矿试验研究。采用选择性絮凝脱泥-浮选脱硫-浮选锡石工艺流程实现了微细粒锡石的回收,在锡矿泥Sn品位0.59%的情况下,获得了锡精矿Sn品位6.80%、回收率54.70%(锡浮选作业回收率达到80.41%)的技术指标,并实现了工业化应用,为微细粒锡资源的高效开发提供了技术支撑。Beneficiation tests were conducted to process tin ore slime with fineness of-0.005 mm 46.50%.Fine cassiterite was recovered using a flowsheet composed of selective flocculation desliming,flotation desulfurization and cassiterite flotation.With the tin ore slime grading 0.59%Sn,the above processing technique achieved 54.70%recovery into a tin concentrate grading 6.80%Sn(with a recovery rate of 80.41%for the whole tin flotation operation),which has also successfully applied into the commercial production.This study can provide a technical support for the efficient exploitation of this kind of resources.
