摘 要:针对徐州某矿业公司经混合浮选-优先浮选流程得到的硫化铜铅锌混合精矿表面附着大量药剂、现场生产无法实现三者分离的问题,进行了浮选分离试验研究。采用脱药-铜铅混合浮选工艺,以硫化钠为脱药剂,然后以硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠作为组合抑制剂、Z-200+乙硫氮作为组合捕收剂,最终获得铜品位14.32%、铜回收率84.12%,铅品位25.36%、铅回收率69.55%,且锌含量7.86%的铜铅混合精矿以及锌品位52.29%、锌回收率95.85%的锌精矿。The Cu-Pb-Zn sulfide concentrate,obtained from the bulk flotation-preferential flotation processes in the concentrator of a mining company in Xuzhou,could hardly be separated by the follow-up processes as it was coated by a thick layer of reagent.In this study,a reagent removal process was introduced before the Cu-Pb bulk flotation,in which sodium sulfide was firstly taken as a reagent removal agent,and then ZnSO4+Na2SO3 was taken as a combined depressant and Z-200+sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate as a combined collector,resulting in a bulk copper-lead concentrate grading 14.32%Cu and 25.36%Pb,containing 7.86%of Zn with Cu recovery of 84.12%and Pb recovery of 69.55%,as well as a zinc concentrate grading 52.29%Zn at 95.85%recovery.
