摘  要:利用拉伸试验、显微组织观察和X射线衍射等实验方法,研究了退火温度对基于CSP热轧板生产的DQ级冷轧板组织、力学性能和织构的影响。研究结果表明,热轧卷经过70%的冷轧变形后,退火温度为700℃时,冷轧板的组织以饼状铁素体为主,晶粒比较均匀,各项性能较为理想;冷轧板织构中γ纤维织构大幅增强,旋转立方织构近乎消失,r值平均达到1.82,冷轧板的成形性能达到最佳。The effects of annealing temperature on the microstructure,mechanical properties and texture of DQ cold-rolled sheet produced based on CSP hot-rolled sheet were studied by means of tensile test,microstructure observation and X-ray diffraction.The hot-rolled coil,after cold rolling with 70%deformation,was annealed at 700℃,and the cold-rolled sheet could present excellent properties with its microstructure dominated with cake-type ferrite grains,and the relatively uniform grains.It is shown that cold-rolled sheet had itsγfiber texture greatly increased and the rotated cube texture almost disappeared,with r value of 1.82 on average.The produced cold-rolled sheet presents the best formability.
