摘 要:以贵州某硅钙质胶磷矿为研究对象,通过往矿浆中添加不同浓度的Ca^2+、Mg^2+、SO4^2-、PO4^3-、F^-等影响离子,考察了无机离子对磷矿正反浮选的影响,结果表明:Ca^2+和Mg^2+会沉淀捕收剂,使精矿P2O5品位和回收率大幅度降低;碱性条件下PO4^3-会抑制磷矿正浮选;酸性条件下SO4^2-易与Ca^2+反应生成硫酸钙沉淀附着在磷矿表面,影响磷矿反浮选;F^-对磷矿正反浮选影响较小。研究成果可为磷矿正反浮选废水的处理回用提供指导。The processing technology for the silicon calcium collophanite from Guizhou was studied.To investigate the effects of inorganic ions on direct and reverse flotation of this phosphate ore,Ca^2+,Mg^2+,SO4^2-,PO4^3-and F^-of varied concentration was added into the pulp.The results show that Ca^2+and Mg^2+can remarkably reduce the P2O5 grade and recovery of the concentrate as they can precipitate the collector.In alkaline pulp,PO4^3-may inhibit the direct flotation of collophanite.In acidic pulp,SO4^2-may easily react with Ca^2+to form sulfuric acid,which may adhere onto collophanite and affect its reverse flotation.F-has little effect on the direct and reverse flotation processes.The study provides guidance for the treatment and recycling of wastewater from direct and reverse flotation processes of phosphate rock.
