摘 要:对某高硅低镁低品位胶磷矿进行了选矿试验研究。采用正-反浮选工艺流程,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占98.57%情况下,采用"一粗一精一扫"正浮选脱硅与一段反浮选脱镁联合流程,最终获得了P2O5品位28.64%、回收率78.26%、MgO含量0.88%的磷精矿,有效实现了磷灰石与脉石矿物的分离。A mineral processing test for a low-grade collophanite with high silicon content and low magnesium content was conducted by adopting a direct and reverse flotation process.With a grinding fineness of 98.57%-0.074 mm,the raw ore was treated by a direct desilication flotation process,consisting of one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging,combined with a demagging reverse flotation.A phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 28.64%,recovery of 78.26%and MgO content of 0.88%was obtained.The separation of apatite and gangue minerals is effectively realized.
