摘 要:为给某晶质铀矿选矿厂建厂设计提供技术依据,在实验室小型试验确定的重选联合流程基础上进行了扩大选矿试验,确定扩大选矿过程中各工艺参数为:预先湿筛筛孔2 mm、一段磨矿后检查筛筛孔1 mm、二段磨矿后检查筛筛孔0.2 mm,尼尔森选矿机重力值100G、累计给矿量400 kg、矿浆浓度30%(即补加水量1.5 m^3/h),在该工艺参数下阶段磨矿效果良好,晶质铀矿解离充分,铀生产指标良好。进行了两段磨矿-尼尔森选矿-螺旋选矿-摇床选矿的扩大连续选矿试验,可以得到品位2.35%、回收率88.42%的铀精矿,该工艺富集效果良好,扩大试验与小试结果相吻合,工艺稳定可行。In order to provide technical basis for the plant design of a uraninite concentrator,a pilot test was carried out based on a combined gravity separation process determined by the batch test,and the operation parameters were optimized.With the aperture sizes of 2 mm,1 mm and 0.2 mm,respectively,for the wet preliminary screening,the controlled screening of the 1st grinding and the controlled screening of the 2nd grinding,the gravity value of 100 G for the Nelson concentrator,the cumulative ore feed of 400 kg and the pulp concentration of 30%(replenishing water at 1.5 m^3/h),the ore can be effectively milled by the stage-grinding process,the uraninite can be sufficiently disassociated and good beneficiation index can be obtained.The pilot test adopted a flowsheet of two stages of grinding,Nelson beneficiation,spiral chute separation and shake table separation produced a uranium concentrate grading 2.35%U at a recovery of 88.42%.The enrichment effect of the process is excellent and the results of the batch test and the pilot test are consistent,indicating the process is stable and feasible.
