摘 要:采用水热法制备了Zn0.5Cd0.5S纳米片状光催化剂,并通过沉淀法原位负载Ni(OH)2,制备出光催化剂Zn0.5Cd0.5S@Ni(OH)2。Zn0.5Cd0.5S异质结有着良好的光吸收性能,负载Ni(OH)2能为催化剂提供大量反应活性中心,有效减少了光生载流子的复合,能大幅度提高产氢速率。实验结果表明,当Ni(OH)2负载量为15%时,光催化剂产氢性能达到最佳,在可见光(λ≥420 nm)照射下,其平均产氢速率为44.46 mmol/(g·h),是未负载Ni(OH)2基体材料的5.3倍。A nanosheet photocatalyst of Zn0.5Cd0.5S was prepared by the hydrothermal synthesis,and then the photocatalyst of Zn0.5Cd0.5S@Ni(OH)2 was prepared by in-situ loading of Ni(OH)2 by the precipitation method.The Zn0.5Cd0.5S heterojunction presents a good light absorption performance,and the loading of Ni(OH)2 can provide numerous reactive centers for the catalyst,thereby effectively reducing the recombination of photo-generated carriers and greatly improving the hydrogen production rate.The experimental results show that the photocatalyst presents an optimum hydrogen production performance by loading Ni(OH)2 at an amount of 15%,with the irradiation of visible light(λ≥420 nm),leading to an average hydrogen production rate reaching 44.46 mmol/(g·h),which is 5.3 times that of matrix material without loading of Ni(OH)2.
