摘 要:目的:探究完全胃肠外营养在普外科临床中的应用价值,以期为普外科临床患者找到一种高效的营养支持方式。方法:2017年1月-2018年12月收治普外科不能经口进食患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组采用常规喂养干预,研究组采用完全胃肠外营养干预。比较两组干预前后血清总蛋白和白蛋白等营养指标水平、生活质量评分、住院时间及并发症发生率。结果:干预前,两组患者血清总蛋白、白蛋白等营养指标水平及生活质量评分对比均无显著差异(P>0.05),干预后,研究组患者血清总蛋白、白蛋白等营养指标水平、生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,研究组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组,研究组患者住院时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在普外科临床中对不能经口进食患者实施完全胃肠外营养干预,不仅能有效改善其机体营养状况,还能降低其并发症发生率和缩短其预后周期,从而能全面提高其预后生活质量。Objective:Explore the application value of complete parenteral nutrition in general surgery,in order to find an efficient way of nutritional support for general surgery patients.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,84 patients in general surgery who could not eat by mouth were admitted and randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group used conventional feeding intervention,and the study group used complete parenteral nutrition intervention.The levels of serum total protein,albumin and other nutritional indicators,quality of life scores,length of stay and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in serum total protein,albumin and other nutritional index levels and quality of life scores(P>0.05).After the intervention,the study group's serum total protein,albumin and other nutritional index levels,The quality of life scores were significantly higher than those of the control group.The complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The hospital stay of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of complete parenteral nutrition intervention in general surgery clinics for patients who cannot eat by mouth can not only effectively improve their nutritional status,but also reduce the incidence of complications and shorten their prognosis cycle,thereby improving their prognosis.Quality of Life.
