异丙酚复合芬太尼麻醉在无痛支气管镜检查中的镇静与安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:探究异丙酚复合芬太尼麻醉在无痛支气管镜检查中的镇静效果和安全性。方法:我院在2018年1月-2019年6月,共收治140例通过行无痛支气管镜检查的患者,以麻醉方法的不同作为分组依据,分别分为研究组(n=70)和对照组(n=70),研究组实施异丙酚复合芬太尼麻醉;对照组实施常规局部麻醉。对两组患者得到的镇静效果以及不良反应发生率进行研究比较,对异丙酚复合芬太尼的麻醉效果进行研究评价。结果:研究组患者的镇静总有效率为94.29%,镇静显效率为84.29%,对照组患者的镇静总有效率为80.00%,镇静显效率为60.00%,研究组镇静效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者得到的不良反应发生率为14.29%,对照组患者得到的不良反应发生率为28.57%,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将异丙酚复合芬太尼麻醉应用于无痛支气管镜检查中,具有较好的镇静效果,且不良反应发生率较低,值得应用于临床以及广泛推广。Objective:To explore the sedative effect and safety of propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia in painless bronchoscopy.Methods:from January 2018 to June 2019,140 patients who passed painless bronchoscopy were admitted to our hospital.According to the different anesthesia methods,they were divided into study group(n=70)and control group(n=70).The study group was anesthetized by propofol combined with fentanyl;the control group was anesthetized by conventional local anesthesia.The sedative effect and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared,and the anesthesia effect of propofol combined with fentanyl was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of sedation was 94.29%in the study group,84.29%in the control group,80.00%in the control group,and 60.00%in the control group.The sedation effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)%The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 28.57%.The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia in painless bronchoscopy has a good sedative effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of clinical application and extensive promotion.
