探究肾康注射液联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾康注射液联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法:2018年10月-2019年10月收治糖尿病肾病患者73例,随机分为两组。对照组采用肾康注射液治疗;研究组采用肾康注射液联合前列地尔治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后7 d、1个月空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均明显低于对照组,且尿素氮、血肌酐及尿蛋白含量等肾功能指标水平也低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用肾康注射液联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病,可有效降低患者血糖水平,改善肾功能,治疗安全性较高。Objective:To explore the efficacy of Shenkang Injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,73 diabetic nephropathy patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Shenkang Injection.The study group was treated with Shenkang Injection and alprostadil.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the study group,at 7 days and 1 month after treatment,fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of renal function indexes such as urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and urinary protein were also lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Shenkang Injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can effectively reduce the blood glucose level,improve the renal function,and the treatment safety is high.
