康复护理对改善宫颈癌根治术患者膀胱功能的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察康复护理在宫颈癌根治术中的运用及对改善患者膀胱功能的干预作用。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年6月实施宫颈癌根治术的患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。B组给予常规护理;A组在常规护理基础上给予康复护理法。比较两组患者膀胱功能恢复情况、自解小便率及重新置管率。结果:A组膀胱功能恢复时间短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组首次排尿残余量少于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组自解小便率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组重新置管率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对宫颈癌根治术患者膀胱功能的影响中,康复护理取得了显著的效果,节省了患者的时间及费用,在临床治疗中应推广应用。Objective:To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing in application of radical treatment of cervical cancer and its effect on improving bladder function.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,74 cases of cervical cancer patients who underwent radical treatment were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each group.B group was given conventional nursing,while A group was given rehabilitation nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The recovery of bladder function,the rate of spontaneous urination and the rate of recatheterization of two group were compared.Results:The recovery time of bladder function in A group was shorter than that in B group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The residual amount of first urination in A group was less than B group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of spontaneous urination in A group was higher than that in B group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of recatheterization in A group was lower than that in B group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of rehabilitation nursing on bladder function and lower body edema of patients who undergoing radical treatment of cervical cancer is significant in prevention and treatment,it greatly saves the patients'time and the expense and it has the remarkable effect in the clinical treatment.
