摘  要:目的:探讨奥瑞姆自理理论-支持教育系统对老年偏执型精神分裂症患者的护理效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年10月收治老年偏执型精神分裂症患者126例,随机分为两组,各63例。对照组采用常规护理;试验组在常规护理基础上应用奥瑞姆自理理论-支持教育系统。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组用药依从性明显高于对照组,社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年偏执型精神分裂症患者应用奥瑞姆自理理论-支持教育系统护理可提高其用药依从性并改善社会功能及生活质量。Objective:To explore the nursing effect of Orem's self-care theory-support education system on elderly patients with paranoid schizophrenia.Methods:From May 2018 to October 2019,126 elderly patients with paranoid schizophrenia were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 63 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The experimental group applied Orem's self-care theory-supporting education system on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The drug compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the score of social disability screening scale was lower than that of the control group,and the socre of life quality was higher than that of the controlo group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Orem's self-care theory to support educational system nursing in elderly patients with paranoid schizophrenia can improve their medication compliance and social function and life quality.
