清远地区中青年女性流产后服务模式探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析女性人工流产术后采用PCA服务模式的效果。方法:2014年6月-2015年5月收治行人工流产术患者2000例,随机分为两组。对照组应用传统流产服务模式;研究组使用规范化PAC服务模式。比较两组术后高效避孕知识掌握程度、高效避孕措施实施情况、术后非意愿妊娠发生率及术后重复流产发生率。结果:研究组术后高效避孕知识掌握程度及高效避孕措施实施情况均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组非意愿妊娠率及术后重复流产率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PAC服务能够明显提高高效避孕措施实施效果及避孕意识,降低女性非意愿妊娠及重复流产率。Objective:To explore the effect of PCA service mode after induced abortion.Methods:From June 2014 to May 2015,2000 patients with induced abortion were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given traditional abortion service mode.The research group was given a standardized PAC service model.We compared the two groups in knowledge mastery of effective contraception after operation,the implementation of effective contraception,the incidence of unwanted pregnancy and the incidence of repeated abortion.Results:In the study group,the knowledge mastery of effective contraception after operation and the implementation of effective contraception were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the rate of unwanted pregnancy and the rate of repeated abortion were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PAC services can significantly improve the implementation effect of effective contraceptive measures and contraceptive awareness,and reduce the rate of unwanted pregnancy and repeated abortion.
