探讨规范化管理对提高医院药库工作效率及质量的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨规范化管理在提高医院药库工作效率及质量的价值。方法:将2019年1-6月药库管理模式作为对照组,应用常规药库管理方法;将2019年7-12月药库管理模式作为观察组,实施规范化管理方法。比较两组药库工作效率及质量。结果:观察组工作人员对药品盘点时间及平均月出库额均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组药品使用有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院药库实行规范化管理模式,有助于提高药库工作效率及质量,明显降低差错率。Objective:To explore the value of standardized management in improving the work efficiency and quality of hospital pharmacy.Methods:From January to June 2019,the management mode of pharmacy in our hospital was taken as the control group,the conventional management method was applied.From July to December 2019,the management mode of pharmacy in our hospital was taken as the observation group,the standardized management method was applied.The work efficiency and quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of counting drugs by staffs and the average monthly money of outgoing drugs in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of drug using in the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized management mode of hospital pharmacy is helpful to improve the work efficiency and quality of pharmacy and it can statistically reduce the error rate.
