摘　　要：目的:分析无创高频通气(NHFV)在新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)撤机后呼吸支持的效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年10月收治ARDS新生儿80例,随机分为两组,各40例。研究组给予NHFV;对照组给予持续气道正压通气。比较两组各项临床指标水平。结果:研究组呼吸机治疗时间、撤机成功率、并发症发生率及不同时间氧合指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取NHFV治疗新生儿ARDS,疗效显著。Objective:To explore the effect of noninvasive high frequency ventilation on respiratory support after weaning from mechanical ventilation of aggravate acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods:From February 2018 to October 2019,80 newborns with ARDS were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases in each.The study group was treated with noninvasive high frequency oscillatory ventilation.The control group was treated with continuous positive airway pressure ventilation.We compared the clinical indicators of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the time of ventilator treatment,the success rate of ventilator withdrawal,the incidence of complications and the oxygenation index at different times were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of noninvasive high-frequency ventilation in the treatment of neonatal ARDS is significant.
