摘　　要：腱鞘囊肿是发生于关节附近的囊性肿物,是社区医疗中的常见病,虽然本病不会对机体造成巨大伤害,但本病呈慢性病程且复发率较高,影响患者生活质量。合理的治疗方法决定了患者的预后,但目前临床上并未形成统一的治疗原则。本文根据治疗经验并结合文献进行分析,探讨腱鞘囊肿的合理治疗方案。Tendon sheath cysts are cystic masses that occur near the joint,it is a common disease in community medicine,although this disease will not cause great harm to the body,but this disease presents the chronic disease course and the recurrence rate is high,which affects the patient's quality of life.The reasonable treatment method determines the prognosis of the patients,but there is no unified treatment principle in clinic at present.Based on the experience of treatment and literature,this paper discusses the rational treatment of tendon sheath cyst.
